The Cosmic Doula

As the Cosmic Doula, I am devoted to advocating for underserved communities, facilitating individual empowerment through soulful offerings that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. I am fueled by a passion to guide individuals, particularly Black Mothers, towards reclaiming their sovereignty through self-awareness and honoring their intuition.

While in the beginning stages of my wellness journey it was hard for me to find marginalized communities especially Black moms on the same journey of wellness. After seeing my community be dismissed from the wellness conversation I decided to create my own seat at the wellness table and Zen Wellness Space was born!

I now provide practical tools that ignite love, joy ,and equanimity. I do this by sharing my lived experience empowered by ancient wisdom. In hopes that I inspire others to step into their sovereignty, honoring their intuition through self-awareness of their cosmic blueprint and human design. In our Zen Wellness Space, we are dedicated to inviting all who enter to start and maintain unique intuitive wellness journey. We believe in the transformative power of embracing one's unique gifts, understanding their Human Design, and connecting with the Cosmic Blueprint that shapes us. As the Cosmic Doula I offer a beacon of support and wisdom, through intuitive astrology, Human Design insights, and oracle readings.

I created Zen Wellness Space because as a Gemini Sun I love to communicate with and be in community. I wanted to create a sacred space where we collectively work together towards living empowered life of intuitive wellness on our own terms.

As a forever seeker of higher learning, I am always exploring new ways to enhance my intuition as a full-time working wife, mama, all while being a highly sensitive empath. I am a Human Designed certified with 500 Yoga Teacher Training hours with Embody Yoga’s Roots and My Vinyasa practice. Meditation Teachings with Life Life Limitlessness. A Sista Midwife Productions BirthSister ( aka Doula) Certified.

It’s my goal to empower and guide those seeking modalities that are here to remind us of who we are, and the gifts we were born with. In this space we center duality as we take our power back, all while looking inside ourselves and connecting with our ancestors and spirit guides for insight and guidance along our intuitive journey.

I will be sharing how I strive to live a life full of intuitive wellness while being a wife, mama, having a full-time job and being an multi-passionate entrepreneur . Some of the things I love and look forward to exploring more of in this space are activism, card divination, self-care, yoga, meditation, work-life balance aka Rest while incorporating Spirituality and checking in with our intuition.
